Key Features

Corrosion Resistance

Made from 304 or 316 stainless steel, these doors withstand moisture, chemicals, and harsh environments without rusting or deteriorating. They are ideal for wet, coastal, or industrial environments. Type 316 is especially suited for marine or chloride-heavy areas.

Hygienic and Easy to Clean

The smooth, non-porous surface of stainless steel inhibits bacterial growth and withstands frequent cleaning with disinfectants and harsh chemicals. This makes the door an excellent choice for spaces where sanitation is critical.

Durability and Impact Resistance

Stainless steel doors are resilient to dents, scratches, and physical abuse, making them ideal for high-traffic, high-abuse settings. Their strength extends the door’s lifecycle and reduces long-term maintenance costs.

Aesthetic Versatility

Stainless steel offers a sleek, professional appearance that complements modern architectural designs. Finishes range from satin and polished to custom textures, allowing the door to meet both functional and cosmetic requirements.

Material Thickness Options

Our Stainless Steel Doors are available in two different thicknesses: 18 Gauge to 16 Gauge steel.

Sturdier and more durable. It offers better resistance to bending and denting and is suitable for areas where security is a concern but not necessarily a top priority.

One of the thickest standard materials used in the industry. Offers a very high level of security and durability.

Insulated Core Options

Stainless Steel Doors are available in various core insulation options to fit your specifications for fire rating, energy efficiency and acoustics.

Seam Edge Options

We offer 2 additional edge finishing options to all our steel doors. They are optional and depend on preference for added longevity or a smoother, visually pleasing finish.

Tack Seam

Our tack seamed doors offer a tack welded edge on the lock seam for added durability.

Tack & Fill

This option offers the same tack welded edge, followed by body filling to create a smooth seamless finish.

Design Elevation Options

Whether you need visibility, air circulation or want natural light to come through, our door elevation* options allow you to meet any need or style.

* Door elevations refer to the various lite cutouts when specified by the architect.

Doors with a lite cutout will be supplied with either a snap-in glazing kit or screw-in thermal kit, depending on specifications (glass is to be supplied and installed by others).
